Double-hand Poker is a modern game with ancient origins. Based on the old Chinese tile game and the modern American version of poker, Pai Gow poker bands together the far east with the western in a wonderful game for early level players.

Pai Gow is a poker game that pits the player against the house, unlike nearly all other poker games that gamblers bet against other players. By playing against the dealer, starting players don’t need to worry about other, more skillful players winning their $$$$.

A further Pai Gow advantage is the generally slow game pace, rookies will be able to take their time and scheme without needing to make frenzied selections.

It’s also simpler to wager on for a long time with just a little bit of cash since, to lose, each of your hands needs to be lower than each of the houses hands.

Pai Gow uses 53 cards; the normal 52-card standard deck and one joker. The gambler is given seven cards faces showing and the dealer gets 7 cards face down.

A five card hand and a 2 card hand have to be put together from the seven cards, the five card hand has to be higher than the two card hand. To win, a player is required to have both of his hand totals to be better than the casino’s.
