How accurate is up to you. I tend to think that hourly specifics and that type of intimate information is wasted. Basically work out how far in front you are and what amount (if any) you have taken out. Of course, if you are beaten, note that too, despite how much it it might pain you.
Do not overlook to write down what type of poker you’re gambling on, if that’s crucial to you. (In my expertise, most gamblers stick to what they understand and don’t experiment. If all you write down is up, down and what you’ve taken out, you are way ahead of almost all gamblers out there!)
Provide yourself actual ambitions, such as a ‘dream’ target (new vehicle, vacation or anything else). When you take out, mark the money withdrawn to your dream tally. The more prosperous you are, the closer that goal will get!
