Have you observed the new PokerPro hold’em poker tables? The first time I saw the PokerPro tables was about two weeks ago when I took a quick holiday with my mother to the WinStar Gambling house in Oklahoma.

As I anxiously waited for my turn to be called at the live tables, I observed how the other individuals at the PokerPro tables relate with one another. It was pretty fascinating to say the least. Since the poker table was controlled by a computer, there were no clay poker chips to do any chip hints, no cards to shuffle and the actual live encounter was stagnant. Perhaps I was the only one that recognized this, but I did notice the gamblers in the table had a dull high quality to them. The cause of this might be because there was no human interaction with the dealer, the ambiance was rather boring and the players looked bored. It was nearly as if I was seeing a live variant of an internet texas hold’em poker room instead of sitting with warm blooded humans. It was a little spooky and I kept flashing back to a show of ST:TNG and the holodeck broke down.

Since the waiting time for the are living tables for more than an hour, I decided to observe how the game action was and to encounter this new texas holdem poker gaming technology. Soon after wagering a few hands, I truly felt like I was betting at residence. The lack of activity on the table was the primary reason. I like to shuffle my chips, stack my chips, and mix my cards around. None of those items are possible at these digital tables.

An additional thing I observed was how the program dealt the flop, turn and river cards. I bet a lot of hands on the PokerPro table and noticed that the wager on was a good deal like an online holdem poker site. That could have been just a coincidence, except I discovered it to be incredibly odd.

Soon after betting a few rounds with this "new hold’em poker technology", I decided that the PokerPro tables were not for me. I’m far better off wagering holdem poker on the internet at residence and not travel the distance. If WinStar Casino had been to receive rid of the are living poker tables, I think they’d shed a whole lot of players.
